Unlike a conventional mortgage, instead of having to put money in, SF HELP allows you to access cash from the capital that you have worked so hard to accumulate in your property. Now, your bricks and mortar could be worth their weight in gold……

SF HELP is designed to last you for the rest of your life, the loan will usually only be repaid when the borrower dies, sells or moves. We provide you with a lump sum or five equal annual instalments using your home as security, and you will not usually have to make any repayments for the duration of the loan, until a repayment event occurs. Unlike traditional loans, there are no monthly repayments - in fact, there is nothing to pay until a repayment event occurs, such as you decide to move or sell the house, or upon your death.
