| Before joining Alexander Forbes Financial Services, Nic obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1991. Nic later qualified as a CFP (Certified Financial Planner). Prior to joining Seniors’ Finance in 2006, Nic spent his entire career with Alexander Forbes, most recently as Deputy Head of Alexander Forbes’ Consultants & Actuaries Division. Nic was also Chairman of Alexander Forbes Financial Services’ Risk Benefit Committee and is a member of Alexander Forbes Financial Services’ Strategic Committee (Stratcom). Alexander Forbes is the majority shareholder in Seniors’ Finance. |

Dr Ali Bacher MBBCH, LLD - Chairman  |
| Ali obtained an MBBCH in 1967 from the University of Witwatersrand. He became a full-time administrator of the South African Cricket Board in 1981 for 22 years. In 2001, he obtained an LLD from the University of Witwatersrand. As Managing Director of the United Cricket Board of South Africa, Ali ensured equal opportunities for cricketers across the race spectrum. In 2003, he was Chairman of the 2003 ICC Cricket World Cup organising committee. With effect from 1 August 2006, Seniors' Finance confirmed the appointment of Dr Ali Bacher as an Independent Director of the Board of Seniors' Finance (Pty) Ltd, and with effect from 1 January 2007, Dr Bacher's role further expanded and he was appointed Chairman of the Board. |
